Story Behind AN

Okay I'm not going to take you down "memory lane" or anything stupid like that - I'm just going to give you the philosphy and story behind AN, which I hope you will use in your presales copy to create some emotional connections with your visitors.

So here goes -

I created Articlenaire as part of my own business plan. Yes folks, I actually USE the information I'm selling and I actually make a decent living with it. The "plan" calls for a product or some higher form of presence to be created after you've received a bunch of free exposure from articles to your own site.

I've built my email list, made a bunch of sales and now it's time to get this product out there and mainstream so that others can use the plans I've created to earn more and more money...

But why am I selling an already profitable "plan"?

Short answer - I'm not.

I'm following my own plan and am selling the thing I *know* is successful. The "plan" calls for me to launch the product and then build a bigger asset on the back of the exposure. I'm up to the "launch product" stage in this niche.

The fact is I could have slapped any number of courses together about sales copy, traffic generation, affiliate marketing techniques, blog marketing, social media marketing but the fact is that I haven't researched that stuff enough yet.

I know this is working for me and it will for your customers.

So what's the main selling point?

The fact that I am using this plan to earn money is possibly the best USP you can have. It does three things:

1. It shows customers that it works

2. It shows I know what I'm talking about (and haven't just made it up)

3. It shows that they can trust what I've got to say and recommend (which means more sales for you)

The bottom line is that the book is a way for them to see an actual content business in action as well as learning the EXACT workings of it and how to build one themselves.

Best Ways To Sell

As an active affiliate of many products myself, I know what works and what doesn't... and for this niche, personal recommendation tops the list.

If you've got a list, a blog or any influence what so ever it pays to put your own "stamp" on the product.

That's why reviews work so well. People like to have this "social proof" that a product works and that other people are benefitting from it, which makes them search for reviews to see how other people rate the product.

We all know that most reviews nowadays are complete BS but if you can write from the heart and use plenty of facts backed up with in-depth personal opinions, your visitors will feel compelled to click through and buy.

Okay so before I go off on a tangent - reviews work very well.

You should also use the fact that I've given a LOT up front for free as a major component in your promotional material.

For example, you could create a free guide which contains the exact "plan" I've put on the home page. You could add your own additions, notes or annotations and then recommend my book as a way to see the whole plan.

Or you could analyse the free material I've given to "review" if the book is worth it... and then recommend the book at the end.

Using the whole "wow, this is something I NEVER thought I could do with article marketing" aspect is also very powerful. By giving them a feeling of anticipation will also be popular.

There's thousands of ways to market my book. From my past experiences, reviews and "out of the box" marketing always work well!
